What if PawMat Doesn't Make My Tail Wag?

All merchandise purchased must be returned in unused condition for a full refund within 30 days. Any merchandise that has been used for longer than 15 days will not be given a refund, only an exchange or credit for a product of equal or lesser value. NO REFUNDS will be given for normal wear and tear. (we go over this on our care and handling page) Any and all merchandise that has been purchased at a trade show is not eligible for a return or refund. All show pricing is set as a final sale and may not be returned unless deemed a manufacturer defect.
